I will categorize them, and talk a little about them - not each one, but the most important or interesting ones. So... of course there is being research made, regarding global warming, and some of the global warming organizations dedicated to that, are the following: you have the body which has won the nobel prize; this is called the IPCC. Another organization discusses how the technology that already exists can be used to provide with new ways of solving existing problems; that, perhaps, others have not found the solutions for; using technology that we already have.

If you have heard of global warming, and been at all involved in the discussion - meaning you have heard it being discussed; on the news, or whatever - you have probably also heard that there are people who stand opposed to there being any global warming, whatsoever - or, who say that, the warming is caused by humans or at least dangerous to us; or the environment.
